1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Switch It Right platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Switch It Right Inc. ("Switch It Right," "we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2User Eligibility
To use Switch It Right, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not currently restricted from using the Platform by Switch It Right or any legal injunction.
- For Employer accounts, you must be an authorized representative of the legal entity you claim to represent.
3Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All information provided in your profile or job listings must be accurate, current, and complete at all times.
You agree to immediately notify Switch It Right of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Switch It Right will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Deceptive Practices
Posting fraudulent job opportunities, misrepresenting qualifications, or impersonating any person or entity.
Automated Extraction
Using bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest user data or job listings without explicit written consent from Switch It Right.
Illegal Content
Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
5Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Switch It Right and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Switch It Right.
By posting content on Switch It Right, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our recruitment services.
6Limitation of Liability
Switch It Right is a platform for connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee the validity of any job offer or the qualifications of any candidate. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before entering into any employment or contractual relationship.
7Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or request account deletion through your profile settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
